Spooky Story Contest for Kids

Submit an original "Spooky Story" to the library for a chance to win!

Visit the library to pick up a paper form, or submit online: Spooky Story Contest Submission Form.

Submissions are due: Saturday, October 17 at 5:00 p.m.

Winning stories will be shared at our "Spooky Story" program on Thursday, October 29 at 6:00 p.m.

Scavenger Hunts

Find all of the scavenger hunt items and win a small prize. This program runs in the Children's Room room every day with a new theme each week.

Baby Block Party

Come party at the library with soft sensory blocks, perfect for our youngest library users to explore and build.

Need tech and/or job-seeking assistance? Get SET (skills, education, training) with PC Works. Ask questions about email, apps, virtual interviews, and more. Bring in a paper or digital copy of your resume and get tips on how to refresh it and optimize your skills to match your employment goals.

The Downtown BIA Port Colborne Farmers Market has returned for the 2026 season and is featuring 50+ vendors from the region who specialize in Fresh produce, Prepared food, meats and Cheese as well as artisan vendors with Baked goods, flowers and more. Visit the Port Colborne Farmers Market every Friday from 7AM to 12PM.
